In this article we will investigate how to solve nonhomogen degenerate Cauchy problem via theory of semigroup of linear operator. The problem is formulated in Hilbert space which can be written as direct sum of subset Ker M and Ran M*. By certain assumptions the problem can be reduced to nondegenerate Cauchy problem. And then by composition between invers of operator M and the nondegenerate problem we can transform it to canonic problem, which is easier to solve than the original problem. By taking assumption that the operator A is infinitesimal generator of semigroup, the canonic problem has a unique solution. Perlindungan Hukum bagi Pemegang Hak Atas Tanah yang Dirugikan dalam Program Konsolidasi Tanah

This study aimed to describe the procedures for implementing land consolidation programs and analyzing legal protections for land rights holders who were harmed in land consolidation programs. The approach used in the research was sociological juridical, with a type of empirical juridical research. Data sources came from data obtained directly from the public or commonly referred to as primary data and other data obtained from library materials or commonly referred to as secondary data. The procedure of implementation of the land consolidation program was carried out through several stages, namely the selection of location and area of the location, socialization, the creation of agreement letters and declarations of the release of land rights, inventory, and the issuance and delivery of certificates. Legal protection for land rights holders who were harmed in the land consolidation program was guided by Article 18 of the Constitution, which stated that landowners were entitled to appropriate compensation if in the implementation of the land consolidation program found burdensome things even cause losses

ANALYSIS OF BANKING DEPOSIT COST IN THE DYNAMICS OF LOAN: BIFURCATION AND CHAOS PERSPECTIVES

A dynamic model of banking loan based on the gradient adjustment process is presented. The amount of loan that will be channeled in the future depends on the sign of the marginal profit of loan. In this paper, we study the deposit cost in the dynamics of a bank’s loan using bifurcation theory. The analysis shows that the deposit cost can affect the stability of loan equilibrium. If the deposit cost is too high, then the loan equilibrium can lose its stability trough transcritical bifurcation. Meanwhile, if the deposit cost is too low, then the loan equilibrium may lose its stability via flip bifurcation and road to chaos. The loan equilibrium stable if the deposit cost is in between the bifurcation values. These findings are confirmed by the numerical simulations. In addition, we present the graph of Lyapunov exponent to see the existence of chaos and the graph of chaotic loan that is sensitive to the initial condition

A NUMERICAL STUDY OF SUBSTANCE SPREAD IN THE POLL FROM TWO POINT SOURCES

Problems related to the purification of holding pool or reservoir become an interesting discussion in real events. In this paper, the author will modeling the distribution of the substance/purifier in a pool model with turbulent water flow using the diffusion-convection equation. The Dual Reciprocity Method is applied to the diffusion-convection equation whose derivation will be discussed in this paper. This method is chosen because the problem cannot be solved analytically, so it must be solved numerically. The Dual Reciprocity Method has good flexibility in problems of water infiltration, pollutant spread, and heat transfer. In this paper also discuss velocity profile of turbuelent flow from upcoming part of pool region. So before using DRM, will be used numerical solution of turbulent flow by k-epsilon turbulent model. In numerical calculations, two source points are selected whose positions are combined to see the most effective way to make the substance/purifier evenly distributed in the pool. &nbsp

Model Asimetris Gabungan Inventory Dan Routing Untuk Minimisasi Harga Komoditi

Dalam penelitian ini, akan dirumuskan suatu model matematik yang merupakan gabungan antara masalah inventory dan routing. Model dibangun dengan memperhatikan sifat asimetris matrik jarak antar kota.  This study aims to explore and analyze the urgency of the approval of limited liability companies in ownership actions carried out by management partners in limited liability companies. The urgency of this research lies in developing an understanding of the role and protection of the rights of limited partners in safeguarding their interests and investments. The research method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show the urgency of the approval of limited partnership partners with managing partners in the act of ownership is essential to protect the rights and interests of limited partners, with effective legal protection, written agreements, and good communication between parties to avoid disputes and ensure the sustainability of the company. The novelty of the research lies in an in-depth analysis of the legal protection for limited liability companies and the impact of own actions without the approval of limited partners, which provides a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of limited partnership approval in the legal and business context so that this research is expected to open deeper insights into the mechanisms and legal implications of acceptance given by limited partners as a form of protection for investors and financial conditions in limited liability companies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali dan menganalisis urgensi persetujuan Pesero Komanditer dalam tindakan kepemilikan yang dilakukan oleh Pesero Pengurus dalam perseroan komanditer. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan pemahaman mengenai peran dan perlindungan hak Pesero Komanditer dalam menjaga kepentingan dan investasi mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan urgensi persetujuan pesero komanditer kepada pesero pengurus dalam tindakan kepemilikan adalah penting untuk melindungi hak dan kepentingan pesero komanditer, dengan perlindungan hukum yang efektif, perjanjian tertulis, dan komunikasi yang baik antar pihak guna menghindari perselisihan dan memastikan keberlanjutan perseroan. Novelty penelitian terletak pada analisis mendalam mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi pesero komanditer dan dampak tindakan kepemilikan tanpa persetujuan pesero komanditer, yang memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang pentingnya persetujuan pesero komanditer dalam konteks hukum dan bisnis.
